Our Products are NOT Toys or are intended for any Illegal Activity, Abuse, Mis-Use or Mis-Behavior. "SilentGuard Surveillance" Fully Supports the Right to Defend Yourself and your Family against any attack, rage or violence or anywhere you are caught in Harms way. Personal Safety and Protection is Neccessary and that is the sole purpose of our Products. We DO NOT Support any Illegal, wrongful, or unjust reason to use our Products against anyone in an Un-Just Manner or Behavior, DO NOT Purchase from us if this is your Intent! It is the Responsibility of "You, The Buyer" and not "SilentGuard Surveillance", The Seller" to Follow and Obey ALL Applicable Laws Locally and World Wide in regard to the Possesion and use of ANY of our Products. The "Buyer" agrees that they will not allow or encourage anyone to use the purchased products for illegal or abusive purposes toward any living creatures or to carry any weapon anywhere prohibited by law. The "Buyer" further agrees to keep all products purchased out of the hands of children under 18 years of age, away from schools public or private dwellings where children and irresponsible adults may be present. By placing an order, "The Buyer" agrees that ALL Products Purchased will be used in a Lawful Manner and that he/she is of the Legal Age of atleast 18. "SilentGuard Surveillance" or any Product Manufacturer WILL NOT be held Liable or Accountable for any Such Actions of any Crime and will be punishable by law. You, "the Buyer" will agree to Check all State and Local Laws Before Ordering any product from "SilentGuard Surveillance" and to Check the Laws where you may be traveling to before packing and carrying any of our products abroad. You, "the Buyer" also understand that No product is 100% effective against attack and "SilentGuard Surveillance" cannot assume responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment, or death. By placing an order, you "the Buyer" releases "SilentGuard Surveillance" and all Manufacturers of any liability and will assume all responsibility and liability.

We do not and never will share your personal information with anyone, this includes your e-mail address. We do not and never will sell, give away or trade ANY of your personal information to 3rd Party sites nor will we send you any unwanted e-mails or Postal Mail. You will only receive periodic Newsletters, Catalogs, Safety Tips or Special Discounts from us Only if you choose to be added to our Mailing List and you can be removed at anytime. We will only contact you by phone if we have questions regarding an order you have placed on-line.

"Out of Stock" Products
We do our best to disable and note any out of stock items from our website. In the rare event that any item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and give you and expected back in stock date, and at your option, we will gladly ship your item immediately becoming "in stock" or you can choose to cancel the "out of stock" item from your order before you are charged for the item.
